A New Dynamic Duo - Snoop and Martha Stewart taking the cooking world by storm
Martha and Snoop's Potluck Party , the new cooking show, recently premiered on VH1 and overall is receiving promising feedback. The unlikely pair of friends have gotten closer in recent years. Snoop is noted for saying he was unsure about her, but after the Roast of Justin Bieber the two hit it off.
The show has at least two featured guests, one as "friend to Snoop" and one as "friend to Martha", to assist the other chef every episode. So far, at just two episodes in the late-night show as received some mixed , but overall positive feedback from audiences. The real draw to the show is the unorthodox nature of the two coming together. One of the best parts is the strategic and neat cooking practices of Stewart being met with the everyday and urban take from Snoop.
The season has only begun, so to stay if it will last or just be a fun winter past-time is hard to say. I feel already that the show won't make great waves in the television world, but will be a great guilty pleasure for many night time TV watchers.
